During this program, Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers will release the data and trends identified in conducting the 2008 national survey of work/life balance and women issues at law firms. These findings will be highlighted in light of the 2007 numbers to track the benchmarking changes in the profession. Attendees will hear from winning firm representatives about best practices and innovations they have in place to help retain and promote female talent. Attendees will leave the program empowered with new data and ideas to implement improvements at their law firms and redefine what makes a best law firm for women.
