A Conversation on Women’s Initiatives

Hosted by O’Melveny & Myers LLP & the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles

Last August, leaders of Women’s Initiatives from 45 law firms gathered in New York to share their experiences and exchange ideas on how to best advance those initiatives. O’Melveny & Myers and WLALA are thrilled to have the opportunity to continue that conversation with senior women at law firms on the west coast.  Karen B. Kahn and John Mitchell of KM Advisors, valued coaches and consultants to many firms, have agreed to facilitate this important program. We hope that this meeting will be a first step in a broader firm-to-firm dialogue on how to identify, retain and promote talented women attorneys and create firm cultures that support the success of both men and women.
