The National Conference of Women's Bar Association's Leadership Conference is designed by women lawyers for all professional women. This workshop is designed to build economic strength among professional women across professional boundaries and use that strength to improve women's lives in all areas. Our two featured speakers are: Texas State Senator Wendy Davis and Brigadier General Wilma Vaught, pioneers in their areas and inspiring leaders to hear. Our panelists Sharon Ellison on nondefensive communication; Karen Lockwood on negotiation skills; and Lauren Stiller Rikleen on the empowerment of women across the professions and creating a roadmap to success will teach the skills necessary to enable attendees to become more effective leaders.
