Short Personal Description

I grew up outside of Chicago and decided to go to the University of Tennessee for undergrad. After graduating in 3 years, I chose to stay in TN and attend Vanderbilt for law school. After spending two semesters not really getting law school final exams, I got the hang of it and enjoyed my last two years. I spent my 2L summer externing for a federal judge and working as a summer associate for a firm. I didn't receive an offer because "young women have a hard time there". I eventually found the perfect situation where I am working for a state trial court Judge for a year and getting a behind the scenes look at litigation. I recently got married, bought a house, and purchased a very german shepherd named Dutchess.
