Hiring and retaining women of color in the legal profession is not simply and issue for women of color not is it simply a "Women's" issue. It is and issue that speaks to the success of the entire profession. With the increasing globalization of the economy, it makes good business-sense for both in-house legal departments and for outside law firms to craft strategies to ensure that women of color not only survive but thrive. Join panelists in discussing concrete steps that can be taken to ensure that women of color succeed.

Presented by: The ABA Commission on Women in the Profession; the ABA's Section of Litigation and its committees, the Minority Trial lawyer and the Women Advocate; The ABA's Young Lawyer Division; and the ABA's Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities.
