Short Personal Description

After years of working in the legal profession as the managing partner of a Philadelphia law firm and a litigator in the fields of employment and commercial law, I returned to school for a Master's degree in Organization Development. Now I consult with lawyers and law firms and design programs on topics related to leadership, strategy design and implementation, and strategic communication and influence. I'm certified to administer and interpret the MBTI and have published articles, which have appeared on Law.com and Ms.JD.
