You could be me.I found your story not only well written and incredibly honest,but right on the mark about what truly happens to pretty women regardless of all the cliche reasoning that the article above author seems to delineate as reasons for the problem.I don't thank her for the article.I think it is as blind and as pretty woman resentful as ever.I thank you for YOUR comments which actually face the truth about jealousy and duplicity from other women regardless of all the appropiate dressing and behavior.Being pretty is the one unforgivable sin that women can not come to terms with.It is the stuff of emotional violence,sabotaging,destroying anothers life....It is a sin to other women that can not and does not sit well with them and will not be tolerated.The writer of the article was saturating her comments with prejudice and blame.She was automatically blaming the attractive woman for being hated using very old hat and passe reasons that don't pan out much in these post feminist years.
