Damier Xandrine is Chief Legal Officer of Tala, a global data infrastructure and financial services company. She has more than 25 years’ experience advising both private and public companies focused on technology and financial services. Damier has held senior leadership roles with Wells Fargo Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, Marqeta, Inc. and KOHO Financial; advising management teams, VC backed companies and boards on innovative technology, regulatory compliance, risk management and global expansion strategies. Damier holds both a JD and MBA. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley and UC Hastings College of the Law and lives in Northern California.
