My Top Five Passions Are:
Seriously, I love my job. I am the luckiest person I know. I work in a terrific place that sees the value of the services that I and my team provide.
To me, Passion Forward means ….
This is what social media is all about—sharing information. Being passionate about my job affords me the opportunity to share best practices. By forging the way, I am clearing a path for those behind me to encourage and inspire them to come along on the journey.
I try to live my life passion forward by….
Sharing my knowledge, sharing credit, sharing good news. I love working on the web because it is always about sharing good news and being positive. At Norton Rose Fulbright, I have the opportunity to tell stories about our lawyers to inspire our younger attorneys and showcase our business’s good work.
My most passion forward moment was….
Launching the new Norton Rose Fulbright web site this past June. It was a crowning moment in my career and definitely a peak experience. The launch was singularly the most exciting and challenging experience of my career. But the most impactful part of the project was how we achieved this with a multinational digital team from around the globe. It was an amazing experience.
Advice Time! My favorite way to showcase my passion is …
I love teaching staff and attorneys about web 2.0 and social media. Translating this uncharted, virtual environment to a group of highly analytical people who operate in tangible spaces can be quite a challenge. But to see the “a-ha” moment when they finally get the impact of social media is worth it every time.
