I had a client ask me a very important question the other day. This client is a business consultant and comes from a background in mid-sized corporations to now owning her own consulting practice. Her problem was not understanding the shifts that have occurred in mid-sized companies in terms of people positioning and brand appeal. As a result, she is never quiet sure how to show up as a personal brand for clients and prospects in this space.
Her question: is it better for me to be branded for work with mid-size companies and just blend in so I don't rock the boat or should I be doing something different?
