Registration Opens for Passion Forward! Ms. JD’s Sixth Annual Conference on Women in the Law

As the Co-Chairs of the Conference Committee, we are proud to announce registration is open for Passion Forward: Ms. JD’s Sixth Annual Conference on Women in the Law! For the past six months, the Board and the Passion Forward Planning Committee have been working hard to make this event possible, and we are looking forward to sharing it with you.  Register here.

Passion Forward: Ms. JD’s Sixth Annual Conference on Women in the Law will be hosted in partnership with the Center for Women in Law at The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, TX on February 21-22, 2014.  At Passion Forward, we hope to help you Find Your Passion, then teach you ways to effectively Display Your Passion, and finally, help you set actionable goals to Pursue Your Passion.  In the true nature of Ms. JD, we will end the day with a networking reception to PASS it Forward!

For current law students and judicial clerks, the Center for Women in Law will host its award-winning Women in Law Institute on Saturday, February 22, for no additional charge.  When registering, make sure to purchase the correct ticket that includes a commitment to attending the Institute.  Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

For attorneys, Ms. JD is seeking CLE accreditation for Texas and California.

Also, for the first time in Ms. JD history, we will be hosting the Passion Forward Awards in the evening on Thursday, February 20th.  The Passion Forward Awards will celebrate women who have demonstrated passion for their careers and shared that passion with others. Nominate a rock-star here and look out for tickets for this exclusive event as they become available in the next few weeks.

Passion Forward: Ms. JD’s Sixth Annual Conference on Women in the Law is the premier event dedicated to women law students and young attorneys looking to learn from leaders in the profession and hoping to meet ambitious women.

Make sure to register soon as spaces are limited and it is an event you don't want to miss.  We look forward to seeing y'all in Austin!

All the best,

Liz Vaysman & Sheila Forjuoh

Liz and Sheila,
All of us at Ms. JD know how hard you’ve both been working to make this conference an incredible success!  Thank you for all of your hard work and vision in putting together what promises to be Ms. JD’s most interesting conference yet.
Katie
PS: I think cupcakes from a trailer (even better than a food truck!) needs to be on everyone’s list of things to do in Austin.
