Kim Klein is the kind of woman many of us only hope we can emulate one day. A non-traditional law student and mother to a teenager, Kim found out shortly before finals last semester that she has breast cancer. She underwent radiation and chemo this summer and now, a month into the fall semester and attending classes regularly, she is 75% of the way through her treatment. She's a great example to all of us of how to balance it all.
Kim has been nominated for a $10,000 scholarship because of her fantastic blog detailing her journey. Please visit Kim's blog at http://blawgcoop.com/lawmom/ to read her story and help her to win the much-needed $10,000 so that she can continue to study, get treatment, and ultimately go on to help others as a kick-butt-and-take-names attorney.
