This month, Supreme Court Sidebar sat down with Erin Murphy, a partner at Bancroft, PLLC. Erin recently made her first argument before the United States Supreme Court on October 8, 2013 in the case McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission. Prior to joining Bancroft, PLLC, Erin was a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice John Roberts and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Diane Sykes.
